The Public Home Builders Council of America (PHBCA) is devoted to improving understanding of the homebuilding industry by better defining the role of the large, publicly traded homebuilding companies play in that industry. Comprised of 14 leading, publicly traded home building companies in the U.S., the PHBCA seeks to raise awareness and recognition for the public builders' role as a stable and growing provider of quality housing to millions of Americans.
