Tony Mon joined TOUSA in 2001 following a 35-year career spanning homebuilding, finance, investment management, venture capital, broadcasting and management consulting.

Mr. Mon co-founded Pacific Greystone Corp. in 1991, which was later merged into Lennar Corp. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of The Ryland Group and President of Ryland Ventures Inc. after having been President of M.J. Brock Corp., a Los Angeles-based homebuilder and mortgage banker that subsequently became a part of Ryland Group in 1987. He also formerly served as Senior Vice President of CIGNA Investment Group and President of Philadelphia Investment Corp., Vice President of LIN Broadcasting Corp., which is an operator of television and radio stations, and a consultant with Ernst & Young LLP in New York.

Mr. Mon received his Bachelor's of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and completed post-graduate work at the New York University Graduate School of Business.
